Public project record

Who is behind the file—and how the claims get in.

MedicalRecords.in is an open, contributor-led, pre-commercial project for patient-owned medical-record organisation and inspectable ABDM/FHIR implementation evidence in India. This page names the authorship, editorial method, and proof limits behind the public work.

WHO / 01

A project byline, not a borrowed credential.

MedicalRecords.in is the product and organizational publishing label used by this repository. The public source and contributor history are inspectable on GitHub; the project has not published a separate legal-entity or institutional-affiliation claim.

MedicalRecords.in Editorial is the organizational byline on public guides. It does not mean an unnamed doctor, lawyer, government body, standards organization, or prospective partner wrote or approved the page.

HOW / 02

A visible method for health-adjacent content.

  1. 01 Start with one real jobEach guide must serve a defined patient, caregiver, or technical-evaluation task—not a publishing quota.
  2. 02 Trace factual claimsABDM, legal, standards, and health-system statements point to current primary sources or exact repository evidence.
  3. 03 Name the review boundaryPublication, update, editorial-review, clinical-review, legal-review, and next-review states remain visible on the page.
  4. 04 Fail the build on driftGenerated HTML is checked for metadata, canonicals, schema citations, source links, internal paths, and prohibited claim regressions.

Software-assisted drafting may support the work, but automation is not treated as an author, reviewer, or evidence source. Publication still requires the same source, claim, review-date, correction, and regression controls.

PROOF / 03

Three evidence states stay separate.

Evidence state
ImplementedCode, tests, or a generated artifact exists at a named revision.
Deployment-validatedThe exact control has been observed in a named environment.
Externally reviewedAn independent qualified reviewer has assessed a defined scope.

A green test is not a deployment observation. A deployment observation is not certification or independent clinical, legal, privacy, or security review. The Trust Center records the current state and the missing evidence beside each material claim.
